Mawiya Ashraf started his carrier recently in Deadsec Music Kashmir. He began his career in Rap 2017 with MuzamilAhmed and Tanxeela author (now known as Tanu )

He used to record the songs and uploading them on Social Media.

Then he got an idea to distribute music professionally on Spotify and Amazon music as a part of the group ODI Kashmir

Mawiya Ashraf then split from the group due to credit-related problems. Soon after the split between the ODI members

He tried to make his beats and distribute them on Audio streaming platforms.

Mawiya Ashraf started his solo career in 2020 after getting signed to Xplicter Music Kashmir Company.
