Wadley St Pierre has been making a very huge impact in the Heavy Haul Trucking community in his hometown of Miami, FL. In 2019 Nestle laid off 7,000 employees including Wadley across the United States.

After that, He decide to pursue his dreams and start his own Heavy Haul Trucking company known As Ayden Trucking LLC.

Wadley graduated from Miami Central Senior High, class of 2007. A school well known for producing some of the worlds

Top football athletes such as Willis McGahee, Devonta Freeman, and Dalvin Cook. Growing up, I thought football was the only way out he said.

Over The 2 and a half years he mastered his craft and learned how to be the best Heavy Haul truck Driver he could be.

On July 9 2021, He released The Heavy Haul Blueprint/Mentorship program which basically teach new comers how to gain experience and knowledge to Transition into Heavy Haul.

Today The mentorship program has over 350 students enrolled and is on pace to reach 1,000 students by the end of 2022. Heavy Haul is by far the most lucrative in the trucking industry with drivers grossing up to $450k plus annually.
